Andrea Berardi is a partner and co-founder of Fermat Consulting srl. Andrea is Full Professor of Financial Mathematics at the University of Verona. He was previously Senior Economist at Banca Commerciale Italiana in Milan. Andrea holds a Ph.D. in Finance from London Business School and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Brescia. He has been visiting professor at the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. He has presented research papers at the main finance conferences, including the WFA and the AFA. His current teaching activity comprises both undergraduate and post-graduate courses on derivatives, risk management and bond pricing. His main research interests are the term structure of interest rates and credit risk modelling.
